It was great working with Andrea who treated us like her most important client even though we planned a relatively simple and inexpensive vacation. She presented us with many options, communicated well all along the planning process, and checked in to make sure everything was as we expected. The companies she recommended were also great and we never had to worry if plans would fall through. I've never used a travel agency before and didn't see the point since you can do so much online yourself these days, but I'll never plan my own vacation again, now that I can see the difference. So great to have all documents, itineraries and phone numbers all in one place.
